From solving problems
to building systems.
I graduated from Middle East Technical University — ODTÜ. My career began in a corporate R&D environment, where I was exposed to the work of turning a question into something that could be tested.
Later, a US-based startup environment brought a different pace. Managing growth teams brought another perspective: the work sits between disciplines. An offer, a product, a customer conversation and a measurement problem rarely arrive separately.
I became more interested in the connections. Why did one effort produce a result while another stalled? What would allow a team to learn from the difference and make a better decision next time?
The interesting part of growth isn’t producing one result. It’s building a system that can produce it again.
Building the operating model.
I founded Triarii Growth around measurable, repeatable growth systems. The work connects strategy, data, software and execution.
My approach is AI-first. That means asking how AI changes the way a company works: how information moves, how decisions are made, and where human judgment belongs.
A new tool is useful when the surrounding organization can put it to work. The operating model deserves as much attention as the technology.
A wider lens.
Education and international growth keep those questions grounded. Education makes the relationship between information and useful action especially clear. Working across markets exposes assumptions that can stay invisible inside a familiar environment.
Both demand an interest in context. A system has to work for the people who use it.
